This isn't a game, per se, but it is a weird way to make toothbrushing into entertainment. The idea is that you should brush your teeth until the song is over. I'm for anything that vibrates my jawbone. And, seriously, there is a Napoleon Dynamite edition.
I had a star wars one. It was ridiculously exciting to brush my teeth with it the first time. By the third time, it was no longer exciting enough to justify smashing the giant toothbrush into my top teeth while brushing the bottoms.
